This was the first time I was transporting my car across the states. I called the company because they were listed with the BBB. Right from the start, the customer service was knowledgeable and courteous. They guided me through every step. I even got a $50 discount for the day I made an easy payment via the phone. The car was picked up within the stated time and arrived from Boston to Atlanta in 5 days! The driver, Butch, was amazing....very courteous and gave me updates as to when to expect the car to be delivered. He delivered my car in excellent shape and on time. For someone who has had no experience with this service before, I was very thankful and pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I would definitely recommend AAA auto transport to anyone!
